Some food instagrams of mine of my very favourites of late;D

The korean snow melon is to-die-for and its so worth it cos a huge entire melo like this cost only about $14 and its super soft and sweet

 

2016 Prague: really miss simple European pastries cos its so simple so huge so divine

I made these myself while in Budapest with the remaining salads and salami sticks and cheeses its so delicious even until today we still continue to rave about it:)

 

 

Bistecca is my most favourite Tuscany steak restaurant in Singapore. This dinner is indeed special!😱 The owner of this restaurant is a very big prosperous and passionate looking italian man in his 50s from Tuscan. Here in the BISTECCA Tuscan Steakhouse you can expect exceptionally good steak and wine. Their desserts are just as fantastic. This is possibly one of the finest italian restaurants in the heart of Singapore city😊 OMG!!!😄
The gooseliver pate and olive oil for the bread were a very nice start. The prawns and scallops tasted absolutely divine its like lightly torched sashimi literarily just melting away in your mouth ..OMG..and every bite just leaves you helplessly wanting more and more

The asparagus and spinach were extremely tasty and i love how the seasalt can add another whole new dimension to the otherwise simple side dishes

The doneness of the meat was superb especially when intertwined with the tartness and bouquet of aged fine wine in my extremely inquisitive palate

The sauces namely mustard, meat sauce from red wine reduction and in house mint herb sauce were perfect accompaniment for the finely roasted meat

OMG i remember the last time i was here i drank so quickly and so furiously like i never drank before until i got drunk very quickly and i started regurgitating everything out like a real Merlion (yeah, that was horrible and pretty repugnant and also whadda waste!😭) the moment i stepped out of the restaurant and right in front of the owner who was having a smoking break, and obviously he then looked really upset! To recall again on hindsight, thats such an embarrassment! This time round i managed to go real slow on the drinks and didnt get drunk n hold it all together all the way until the end with zero wastages!😊 so proud of meself! muah😘

Ok here is a close up of the bill which looks ridiculous i know! 😱 BUT the quality of the food and drinks and the restaurant ambience were just exceptional this is possibly as close as it gets to true authentic italian cuisine from the heart of italy itself😍
