Yuneng Collage Making

To me, a collage is about composition of colour and texture; basically a vibrant combination of colours plus really fun, interesting and and exciting textures, which is what i hope to be able to achieve with these 100 students. Materials used for collage making include fancy coloured fabrics, colour and perforated paper, lotsa transparent glue, oil pastels.

Lesson 2, still work in progress, not yet complete..

after experimenting with a few methods. Points to note for best results:1. L01: cut n paste on separate recycled paper first,
2. L02: color background first, use 2-3 colours, blend. Then cut out design to paste on top. Then sign off. PS: never again use templates for collage making!!!

Initial drawings on their sketch books: Once they manage to get the shape and form right, the rest is easy breezy. I think they done pretty well. Given more time, i believe the result will be even better cos the details are important as we’re talking about Albrecht Durer who is the master of details
